    1. oh no it did? Well I like the new tree I asked for one with red leaves but at the time they said they were out. The grass is coming along, there are some patches, but we had a lot too and had to re-seed. We just pulled up three shrubs that died and never came back.

  3. Thanks Frank!

@ Darla - Yes, it was deader then dead lol. I was shocked to see the red leaf tree. I like it - I think it looks nice against the siding color, gives it some contrast.

I noticed the patches. We'll have to reseed as well. Did you use the seed they left you or did you get another brand?

    1. Hope your closing went well! We initially used the seed they left for us. That didn't seem to do too well so we bought another brand, I think it was by Scott's.
I agree the red is a nice contrast. I just planted a Japanese maple tree. Got my red leaves! :-)

  8. @ Darla...It went smoothly! We'll be moving in tomorrow. Yeah Scott's is really good. We'll probably use that as well. And oh my, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Japanese Maple Trees! I will be getting one too eventually.
