Progress Week 7: Drywall is Being Installed WOOHOO! :)
Everything is going so fast!! Installation was completed last week and the drywall was started this week and will continue and be completed by this coming week. I will be doing a walk thru per my request with my PM later this week to see how it looks with drywall. I stopped by yesterday and peaked through the windows and got so excited! I can't wait to walk through it. I will take some pictures this time :)

ReplyDeleteHey Jennifer! It's been a while since I checked out your blog. I see the house is coming along! My house is now equivalent to your week four or five progress and moving fast. I walked through the house (shh don't tell-lol) yesterday and it's coming along. They have already installed the windows and front door. My estimated closing is probably at the end of July.
ReplyDeleteHI Jessica: Actually, NVR just called me today to setup a closing date but I missed the call. So hopefully we will reconnect tomorrow. I'm so excited! I can't believe we're almost there.
ReplyDeleteHi Russell!! How's it going! Yeah, don't you just love the "you can't walk through without your SR or Sale Manager" rule! It Sucks! LOL! Someone must of fell into a hole and sued or something LOL! Now they ruined it for all of us who would like to walk through our house multiple times a week like me LOL :)
ReplyDeleteWe will probably be closing the 1st week of July. We could have closed in early June however since our lease is not up until August, that was one of our request to be allowed to close in July so we would not have to pay a rent and a mortgage payment in the same month.
