January 30, 2014 - Meet with Guardian to Pick Options
January 30, 2014 - Meet with SR for 14 Day Change Meeting
Now we just wait for approval. Uggh!
March 6, 2014 - Got Mortgage Approval!! Yay!
March 17, 2014 - Broke Ground Today - Lets turn a hole into a house! :)
We signed our Purchase Agreement to build a Rome on March 8, 2014. It's exciting to find a blogger building a Rome this year. All the other Rome blogs are from last year or before.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations Jessica!! So exciting! If you read my post early on, we wanted Elevation E and had initially picked it. However, after we thought about it, being that we were trying to keep our cost down and then fact that we would never ever sit on that beautiful porch - we decided to go with Elevation C, our initial choice. But I love love love Elevation E. Lucky you!
