Sorry I have been super super busy. We had our walk thru on Wednesday, April 23rd of last week. It was uneventful. When we arrived, the clean up crew was there getting up all the saw dust from the framing. It was kind of weird, because like I said - we toured the Model in Virginia but we have the reverse floor plan. So we walk in and I had no idea where anything was LOL. It is so odd how when the house is just framed how SMALL it looks. Had we not been to the actual model - I would have been freaking out thinking we built to small LOL! Thank God we toured the model so I knew it was just an illusion! I'm not gonna bother posting the pictures of the interior just framed because they turned out crappy.
So just as it's called - we simply Walked Thru the entire house and just confirmed that all the electrical outlets, Electrical Up High for Hanging Our TVs, Lighting, etc. was all in place and where we asked for it to be. And that was pretty much it. They got it all perfect.
This week the Siding, Shutters, and Garage Door were all installed! Exciting! She looks so Pretty!
Wow, it really is looking great! Glad it's going so well for you! Are you sure you're closing in July? It looks like you'll be ready mid-June.
ReplyDeleteHi Jennifer: Thank you! The house will actually be done around the first week of June my PM said. However, we are in a Lease until August, so from the start, our SR and Management agreed to let us close in July. So we are hoping to close the first week of July however, we have not got official word yet about a closing date.
